Shipping & Return Policies
TERMS
We accept payments via Pay Pal. We will also accept money orders ( make it out to Any Spun Thread and amount to be made in CAD please). Orders will be shipped once money orders have been processed successfully.
Once received, orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We will accept refunds or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
Please contact us via email, or phone to arrange your refund or exchange.
Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Items will be accepted for refund and exchange if they are in their original condition, with labels attached and packing invoice.
Items will not be exchanged for the following reasons: yarn is wound or unravelled from their original skeins, has an odour of smoke, animals, perfume, is covered in dirt, liquid or animal hair.
If the wrong item has been shipped, it will be our pleasure to cover all shipping costs and send you your correct order immediately. Along with our deepest apologies.
SHIPPING
All orders shipped via Canada Post.
Orders of $75 or over within Canada will receive free shipping, and orders of $175 or over will make US customers eligible for free shipping. Sorry no free shipping for orders outside North America.
Once processed, orders will be shipped within 2-3 business. Allow for shipping delays for international orders.
The cheapest options available to customer on our site for shipping (outside of Canada) do not have the option of a tracking number and therefore it is at the customer's risk to choose these options. If the package is lost or returned to us damaged by Canada Post we will refund the customer and if possible replace the items as ordered (depending on availability of stock).
PATTERNS
All our patterns are in print version only. We will be offering pdf patterns in the near future.
GIFT WRAPPING
We will be happy to provide you with our special, free AST gift wrapping for orders $75 or over. Contact us via e-mail or phone to arrange.
